James grew up in Ohio with his mom, dad, and sister. His dad was a car salesman and his mom a homemaker. He had the motivation of his family to help him grow up and succeed in life. As a result, James was inspired to join the insurance industry and become the best in his field. James attended college and quickly graduated at the top of his class. After college, he joined an insurance agency and began learning the ins and outs of the business. He was quickly promoted to a management position, where he was responsible for managing other agents and providing the best services for his clients.
