Leah Toma

Currently an executive admin and head of contracting, Leah handles all internal agency requests and coordinates information with our financial partners. Her process, organization skills and industry knowledge allow her to be one of the most effective agent contracting specialists in the market and provide fluid processes for Karma to operate.


My Story

Leah grew up in a traditional Middle Eastern household in Michigan, along with her older sister and younger brother. Her parents were strict, and they had high expectations for their children. Despite this, Leah was determined to make the most of her life. She was a gifted student and talented with technology, and she worked hard to excel in both areas.

After graduating high school, Leah decided to pursue a degree in Supply Chain Management. She worked hard to balance her studies with her full-time job, and after four years of hard work, she graduated with honors.

With her degree in hand, Leah landed a job at with Karma Financial. She quickly climbed the ranks, impressing her colleagues and superiors with her intelligence and dedication. Her hard work paid off and she was promoted to a Chief Karma Administrator role. Leah's personal life is also thriving. She adopted a dog and named her Peanut, who has quickly become her best friend and companion. She was thrilled to find out that she was expecting a baby with her husband, which made her even more determined to succeed in both her personal and professional life.

As she navigated the challenges of pregnancy, Leah was grateful to have the support of her family and friends. She knew that her child would be growing up in a different world than the one she had grown up in, and she was excited to be able to offer her child the best of both cultures. Leah's story is a testament to the power of determination and hard work. Despite the challenges she faced, she never gave up on her dreams and she was able to achieve success both professionally and personally
